The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for the Chadian flagged vessels:

Copy of the blue card addressed to:

Copy of the Vessel's P&I Cover (Certificate of Insurance)

The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for vessels that are not registered under Chad:

Official attestation letter from the flag confirming that they did not ratify the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001.
Copy of the registry certificate.
Copy of the blue card addressed to Chad Flag Administration as per below details:
Unit No. 8, 44th Floor, Almas Tower
Jumeirah Lakes Towers DMCC
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

CLC

In order to proceed with the issuance of the CLC, the applicant should submit to our administration the BLUE CARD (1992).
